Flower Arranging

(10 classes of 2 hours each 654-3736/ 082 515 2276)

This course covers most of the flower arranging types and styles.  Students start off with basic arrangements and progress to more advanced arrangements an advanced course is also offered


Flower arranging - Advanced (10 classes of 2 hours each)

Flower arranging as done in competitions.


Interior decorating (10 classes of 2 hours)

This course entails the planning of colour schemes, carpets, tiles, furnishing, room layout, windows, curtaining, upholstering etc, for any room in a house or commercial building. Application of painting techniques and lighting. Planning of entrance hall, dining- and bedrooms, kitchen and patio etc.

Pottery
(3 hours per week on a continual monthly basis.  Day or evening classes 660-8550/662 1385/084 567 8296)

This course comprises handwork: Pinch, coil and slab work as well as work on the potter's wheel for beginners, continuing through to advanced techniques and works. Students learn mould making, casting, decorating, glazing and firing.
