• NSC: Food Services or secretarial Catering
• Grade 12: Home Economics or other relevant subject prerequisite for entry.

Vocational Activities

The account holder of the certificate will be able to :

• Manage a guest house
• Deal with Client Services in an accommodation facility
• Work as an Assistant Cook/Chef preparing food in a restaurant, hotel or guest house
• Become a waiter/waitress
• Work as a house keeper in a hotel/ guest house.
